The Independent Artists program supports Saskatchewan artists to pursue their creative work and careers by funding creative, professional development or research projects, and the production and/or presentation of artistic works.


Application Closing Dates

March 15 and October 1

Note: If the application closing date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, the closing date is moved to the next working day.


Eligible Applicants

Emerging or established professional artists who are Saskatchewan residents and Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

Maximum funding levels vary.

Notification

Applicants are informed of grant decisions no later than 90 days after the deadline.

A list of grant recipients will be posted below.
